Born into a catering company, owned by my grandparents ‘Goldsmith Catering’ a high-end company and bakeries and who carried out many a function at the Royal Pavilion, Brighton.

23 years on, I’m a highly motivated vibrant foodie, with quality at the heart of everything I do.

I have a strong reputation for creating and innovation in food, as well as being strategic and decisive in the hospitality, retail and production businesses.
