Ben Goldsmith – Sussex Chef


Born 1982, Brighton My grandparents owned ‘Goldsmith Catering’ a brighton based company, catering in such places as the the Royal Pavilion, Brighton. I had always been into ‘cooking’ from a young age and started in a commercial kitchen at the age of 15, later that year moved on to one of the first ‘gastro-pubs‘ and so on. And here i am, semi grown up now.
